Merchandise may be returned only upon prior authorization. No merchandise can be returned unless authorization is given. If your shipment arrives with visible damage to the entire carton, call us immediately at 1-800-523-7604. Also, please notify our firm to alert us that you have a claim. No allowance can be made unless this procedure is followed. Returned shipments will be charged a 15% restocking fee and you will be responsible for the shipping charges.
