Shipping Policy & Details: 

We ship worldwide, with some restrictions based on product type and destination. Shipping estimates are provided during checkout based on product availability, and the shipping method you select. 

Shipping costs are weight-based and location-based and calculated according to the policies of our shipping carriers. Some products have fixed shipping costs due to the size and weight of the item which requires a trucking service to deliver the package. 

Timely Shipping Guarantee: We are committed to fulfilling your order promptly and efficiently. All orders are processed and shipped in a timely fashion, typically within 1–3 business days of order placement (unless otherwise stated on the product page). Orders placed during peak seasons or holidays may require additional time. Please allow extra time for personalized items.

Return Policy:

  • Returns are only accepted with prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed. In the case of returning your order, please return your items to the address below:

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Engraved items are final sale and non-returnable. 
  • Returns received after 30 days may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part. If your return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

        Refund Timeline: You can expect your refund within three weeks of sending your items back, though it happens sooner. This timeline includes:

        • 5–10 business days for return transit
        • 3–5 business days for your bank to process the refund

        Damaged Shipments: 

        If your shipment arrives visible damaged: 

        1. Contact the shipping carrier immediately to request a damage inspection.
