St. Margaret

Saint Margaret of Antioch, also known as Saint Marina, is a legendary virgin martyr who is venerated as a saint in the Catholic Church. According to tradition, Margaret was a young woman from Antioch who was tortured and martyred for her Christian faith during the persecution of Diocletian in the early 4th century. She is said to have been swallowed by Satan in the form of a dragon, but the cross she carried irritated the dragon's stomach, causing it to spit her out unharmed. Margaret was eventually beheaded for refusing to renounce her faith. She is revered as a courageous martyr and a symbol of faithfulness in the face of adversity.
