St. Samuel

Saint Samuel the Prophet is a biblical figure from the Old Testament. He was a key figure in Israel's transition from a group of tribes to a unified nation. Samuel was the last of the judges of Israel and played a significant role in the establishment of the monarchy. He anointed Saul as the first king of Israel and later anointed David as king. Samuel is revered as a prophet and a wise leader who listened to God's voice and guided the people of Israel.
