Slim Line Kneeling Santa Resin Figurine ~ Combining the two major symbols of Christmas - the Christ Child and Santa Claus - in a way that connotes their proper relationship - the secular subservient to the sacred - is an idea that goes back many years with Ray Gauer. While raising his own large family he became increasingly concerned about the over-commercialization of the holiday. To depict Santa Claus - St. Nicholas - on his knees before the newborn Christ Child, seemed a most effective means to counteract that trend. The idea - which he humbly considers inspired - reached fruition in the beautiful figurine of the KNEELING SANTA which he commissioned the internationally renowned sculptor, Rudolph Vargas, to create in 1976. It has evolved into an extensive line of related products that have won a place of honor in Christian homes, schools and churches.

    I’ve liked this statue since the first time I saw it. Colors are true to pictures. Came very well packed and much sooner than expected. Also, bought the book A Special Place for Santa to place with the statue. Reading a Christmas story is a tradition before opening gifts with our grandchildren.

    I’ve been searching for one of these for a long time. I’ll be using this 24” statue in place of a traditional nativity scene for my yard. The quality is great.

    I can tell you that my experience with this store is superior to 99% of competing internet venders. Their customer service is beyond words. When I called about a concern, the representative bent over backwards to assure that I was satisfied Follow up email communication left no question as to the status of my order. Shipping and delivery were exceptional. Prices were very competitive I have never been this satisfied with a brick and motor or internet company.AAA rating.
