Low Gluten Mass Hosts measure 2-3/4 inches in size. 10 Hosts per box. Wafers with a cross design are made from low gluten flour. They are produced in strict adherence to Canon Law and officially approved by the Roman Catholic Church. The baking of the low gluten wafers is done in a dedicated bakery using positive air pressure to create a room that is totally free of contaminants. The equipment is also dedicated to the low gluten baking and is not used for regular altar bread production. They are made of gluten free wheat starch and water. Shelf life is guaranteed for 1 year.
